PEARL, Mississippi — New tenants Michael Kors Handbags have been announced for a new outlet mall to open in mid-November in Pearl. Spectrum Capital, a private firm developing the project, say among the new tenants are a Coach Factory & Coach Men's Factory, Banana Republic Factory Store and Michael Kors . The newly named Outlets of Mississippi is a 325,000-square-foot center. Spectrum calls it the largest outlet mall in Mississippi. Jason Voyles, president of Spectrum Capital, says he expects the mall to attract new visitors to the area while providing new jobs and bringing new revenue to the state. Stores previously announced for the mall include Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, The Children's Place, Michael Kors Handbags Outlet Store and Gymboree.
